John Clarke is Non-executive Chair at Companies House and UK Shared Business Services (UK SBS), and a Cabinet Office Crown Representative. He brings many years of Board-level experience gained from non-executive roles at the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP), Ordnance Survey, UK Ministry of Defence, and the Rail Safety Standards Board (RSSB).
