Richard Williams is Managing Director at Polhill Advisory and former Chief Human Resources Officer at Western Union. Throughout his executive career, Richard held a multitude of HR leadership roles, including Human Resources Director at ACNielsen, Vice President of Human Resources for Latin America, Caribbean & Canada at American Express and Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa at Fullerton Financial Holdings. Now in his non-executive career, Richard has served on the Board at Western Union Foundation, as an Advisory Board Member for San Diego State University’s International Business Program and is currently an Advisor at Taltrics, an AI-driven resource management platform startup.
