Till sits on the Boards of AP Technologies, a Singapore-based med-tech company; Delaware International, a Belgian IT services firm; Singapore venture philanthropy organisation, LEAP201; and previously at AMF (until 2025), Keppel Corporation (lead independent director until 2024) and Inchcape plc (until 2022). He has experience chairing remuneration, nomination and CSR committees as part of his non-executive director roles.
 
With over 25 years' consulting experience with Bain & Company in Asia, Till has in-depth knowledge of the challenges senior executives face in the region. As the company's Managing Partner for Southeast Asia, he was responsible for the strategy, financial results, office management, senior recruiting and people leadership. He also led the transformation of the business from a single location to four offices and from a focus on MNCs to a broad set of multinational Asian and private equity clients.
 
Till earned an MA in Economics from the University of Bonn in Germany and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. He is the lead investor in a luxury resort and land development business in Cambodia. Having previously lived in Australia, Hong Kong/China and Japan, he now resides in Singapore.
