Marnie is a Chair and Non-executive Director with a portfolio of Board roles. She is Chair of AIM-listed Marks Electrical, an online electrical retailer; NED at privately held Finsbury Food Group; Chair at UA92, an innovative university establishment in Manchester, set up in collaboration with well-known footballers to increase educational access opportunities; and a NED at Pura, a private equity-backed eco-friendly babycare business.
In April 2016, Marnie was appointed Regional Chair of CBI North West and was on the Board of Management and Executive Council of the British Soft Drinks Association. She also joined the Board of the Finsbury Food Group in February 2016 as a Non-executive Director. She was previously NED at Kidly, an online children’s retailer and NED at Belvoir Farm Ltd, a premium soft drinks business, until January 2025.
Marnie was the Chief Executive Officer of AIM-listed Nichols from 2013 to 2020, having joined the business in October 2012 as Managing Director of Vimto Soft Drinks. Marnie has vast experience in the soft drinks industry, having occupied senior roles with Macaw Soft Drinks and Refresco.
Marnie was awarded an OBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours in 2018 for services to international trade and businesses in North West England.
Marnie is married, has two children and is also a proud grandmother. Marnie enjoys attending concerts and relaxes by walking on the moors near her home.
