Marc was a Board-level CHRO and is a human capital executive with thirty years of proven success scaling talent within the businesses of innovation and discovery. He has experience building thriving organizations with inclusive career pipelines and champions social equity in the pharmaceutical, medical device, aerospace, financial services, and high technology arenas. He has led major restructuring, integration, and change management projects with full accountability for human capital strategy during mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, and divestitures.
Marc was Executive Vice President and Chief HR Officer for Excelitas Technologies Corp. He was responsible for developing the company’s global HR strategy and leading core initiatives that attract, engage, retain and develop a strong global team to support Excelitas’ future growth.
Prior to joining Excelitas, Marc served as Executive VP and Chief HR Officer at ConvaTec Group in London. Previously, he spent eight years with Novartis as Head of HR for their Vaccines and Diagnostics division, and then as Head of HR for Sandoz, their large generic pharmaceuticals business based in Munich, Germany. Before this, he spent eight years with Boston Scientific.
His early career took him to a number of leading aerospace, financial services and high-technology companies.
Marc holds a BA degree in Psychology from Potsdam College in New York, and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Emmanuel College in Boston.
