The Katale Partnership offers strategic facilitation and guidance, transformational change management, leadership development, HR and Communications consultancy, facilitation, as well as coaching to several top and senior executives across all industries. In particular, The Katale Partnership helps organisations identify, create and measure the proper conditions under which their strategy will be successfully implemented.

Prior to this role Nicky was Director - Group Corporate Affairs and Group Strategy at Old Mutual plc where he led the Operations, Strategy and HR functions in the newly formed Long-Term Savings cluster. The LTS cluster comprises all but one of the Group's wholly-owned subsidiaries. Previous to this, he was responsible for Group Strategy, Group Human Resources and Group Corporate Communications (including, Media, Investor Relations, Internal Communications, CSR andBrand). He joined Old Mutual (South Africa) in 1999 as Head of Human Resources and Strategy, based in Cape Town, and then moved to London where he ran the CEO’s office.

Nicky started his working career with a major South African supermarket chain where he spent twenty-two years (including two with the company in Australia) in almost every position the company had to offer. Initially on the trainee management programme, Nicky became an HR Manager, group strategy manager and lastly the Managing Director of the company’s new financial services division. Nicky is married to an academic (socio-linguistics) and has two daughters. He has an honours degree in psychology and holds a performers licentiate in organ.
