Leveraging Your Links - Why Successful Leaders Network

But building a diverse network of personal contacts can provide the support, feedback, insight, resources and information that is necessary for leaders to tackle current and unforeseen challenges.

In this article, INSEAD professors Herminia Ibarra and Mark Lee Hunter argue the value of a ‘three-pronged’ networking approach as a major element of leaders’ professional development, supported by comments from Matthew Blagg, Lynda Gratton and David Kneeshaw. Community articles are produced directly by and for the Criticaleye Community.
