Matthew is the managing director of policy research at the Accenture Institute for High Performance. His areas of current interest include new drivers of economic growth, multi-sector collaboration, public-service reform, open business models, business simulation, and corporate agility.
Before joining the institute in 2006, he was a consultant in Accenture’s strategy practice. Prior to Accenture, he was an advisor to a UK Member of Parliament.
He holds an MA in philosophy, politics & economics from the University of Oxford. He is based in London.
