Geoff was CEO Centaur Media plc, one of the UK’s leading specialist business media and information groups, from October 2006 until May 2013. Geoff joined Centaur as CFO in 1998 and helped take the company to a full listing on the London Stock Exchange in March 2004 through an accelerated IPO. In the past two years, Geoff has led the transformation of Centaur from a leading business magazine publisher to a broad-based and innovative provider of information and marketing solutions delivered principally in digital format. Centaur is market leader in about a dozen vertical markets, with a wide range of products including digital services, events and printed publications. Centaur is headquartered in central London, with offices in USA, Singapore and Hong Kong and employs c600 staff.

Prior to joining Centaur, Geoff held senior financial management roles in a range of industry sectors with The Thomson Corporation plc, Scruttons plc, Dexion Group plc and Morgan Crucible plc. He is married with 2 children and is a governor of Queens Gate School in Kensington and a trustee of educational support charity OCTeam.
