Nick is a founding Director of Watson Helsby, an executive search firm that focuses exclusively on senior level recruitment within the key corporate affairs and communications, financial and brand communications disciplines.
He was previously at Norman Broadbent, a leading international search firm and The Lloyd Group, where he established a PR and communications recruitment practice. He started his career in the advertising industry and worked at a number of international advertising groups including The Lowe Group and BMP DDB Needham in a variety of client servicing roles. Clients included Unilever, Lloyds Bank, Mastercard, Thorn EMI and Cadburys.
