  • Conflicting stakeholder demands are triggering short-termism
  • 81% of growth businesses are planning for M&A 
  • 53% of leaders say debate on performance must improve (up from 37%)
  • Peer-to-peer learning is the most effective leadership development tool 
  • 56% say the Chair does not add value, vs. 27% in 2019
