Mindset of the CEO


The CEO is a mysterious beast. Inspiring and communicative, yet guarded and thoughtful, he or she must keep a captive audience while making vital business decisions in a rapidly changing world. This article, a joint effort between Criticaleye and global HR consultant, Penna, aims to gain an understanding of the chief executive’s mindset. In this article, six CEOs were interviewed in order to gather thoughts and insight into this role. The individuals interviewed included:
