The CEO is a mysterious beast. Inspiring and communicative, yet guarded and thoughtful, he or she must keep a captive audience while making vital business decisions in a rapidly changing world. This article, a joint effort between Criticaleye and global HR consultant, Penna, aims to gain an understanding of the chief executive’s mindset.
