Digital Disruption Survey 2024

Driving value from digital investments has never been more urgent, but the payoff remains elusive for many organisations. In this research, Criticaleye Partner, AlixPartners, explores how business leaders overwhelmingly view digital disruption as more of an opportunity than a threat, but only a minority feel their companies are effectively capitalising on it. AI and new technologies are identified as major areas of untapped potential in the report.

Key takeaways include:

  • Digital disruption is an opportunity, but many companies struggle to capitalise on it
  • The vast majority of executives (88 percent) see at least some upside to digital disruption, that is, a positive impact on revenue growth
  • Nearly four out of ten (38 percent) executives put their companies on the leading edge of digital disruption
