Mentors provide a space where anything can be discussed

Our Board Mentor, Mark Silver, talks to us about how mentors provide a space where anything can be discussed. Mark has a wealth of Board experience as a Chair, CEO and CFO in competitive markets with both PE-backed and listed companies. Now in his portfolio career, Mark is Chair of Cordic Ltd, a leading fleet management SaaS provider to UK taxi, private-hire and courier service sectors, owned by Oakfield Capital Partners, and was recently appointed Chair of Horizon Care and Education Group, a leading national provider of childcare, education and leaving care services, backed by Graphite Capital.
