People benefiting from omni-connected experiences are 29 percent more likely to experience a deeper level of trust toward their organisation and team. Where there’s greater trust, people are 35 percent more likely to deliver high-quality work and nurture work relationships that foster innovation.
Being omni-connected accounts for 59 percent of an employee’s intention to stay. When the cultural norms of the company have people feeling that they work for a purposeful organisation, that they can create value and be effective in their team, they’re more likely to stay.
