  • 62% of CEOs feel isolated in their role
  • 69% say it will take a year or more for revenues to recover from the impact of COVID-19
  • Only 60% say the Chair effectively supports the goals of the executive team
  • Mentoring is the most effective leadership tool, say CEOs 
  • 88% of businesses are looking to halt planned investment in property
  • Improved organisational agility is set to be the biggest change in 2021
