Getting Your House in Order - How to maximise your relationship with Private Equity


How closely should the Private Equity (PE) house be involved in running your business? As the CEO of an investee company, fostering a good relationship with your PE house can mean additional financial support when it’s most needed. It can also create a fertile environment for decision-making and, ultimately, have positive implications for the long-term health of the business. In this article, Criticaleye asks its Community of Members how to encourage a harmonious relationship between the CEO and his/her PE house to get the best result for the business.
