COMMUNITY PROFILE

Stuart joined Zeus in 2022. He has a wealth of experience working in financial services, especially within growing broking firms.

He spent 11 years at Evolution as an Investment Banking Director and, just prior to joining Zeus, another 10 years at finnCap where he was an Executive Board member of the Plc group.

Stuart has over 20 years of experience advising corporates on all aspects of public market activity, including IPOs, further funding and M&A, as well as obtaining a wealth of experience in off-market transactions.

 

Stuart also advises Boards on shareholder activism and their strategic approach to public markets. As a member of the AIM Advisory Group, Stuart provides services as an expert witness on standards of behaviour on AIM and other markets.

 

Stuart is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
