Lee became Chair of the Finance and Investment Committee at Nuffield Health in August 2023 and Chair of Atom Bank in September 2023. In May 2025 he became the new Chair of Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity, whose mission to give seriously ill children the best chance and childhood possible. He is the former CEO of Arrow Global, a pan-European integrated fund manager specialising in special situations, credit and real estate, where Lee oversaw a strategic and cultural transformation. Arrow Global was acquired by TDR Capital in October 2021.
Before joining Arrow Global, Lee was CFO at Virgin Money between 2013 and 2016, seeing the group through its successful IPO and into life as a listed company. Prior to that, he held a number of roles at RBS, culminating in Managing Director and Head of the Financial Institutions Group.
Earlier in his career, Lee was Managing Director of Wachovia Securities’ Principal Finance team, Managing Director and Head of European Asset Finance at Credit Suisse and Head of Northern European Securitisation at BNP Paribas.
