Barry Perkins is the Head of Corporate Finance Research in the Transactions Advisory Services practice of EY. In this role, Barry advises the practice leadership on trends and conditions in the external market. He has 20 years’ experience researching valuations and mergers & acquisitions. 
He served for 15 years in the UK valuations and business modelling team. He has worked with many major global clients across a wide range of industries.
 
Prior to EY, Barry worked as a researcher at The Independent newspaper in London and in public libraries.
