Lina is Chief Commercial Officer at Wincanton. Previously, she was CCO at Equiniti Group, a rapidly growing FTSE 250 multi-national business services group. She also headed up the People team as Chief People Officer on an interim basis for 9 months from August 2019 to March 2020.
Additionally, she was interim Managing Director of EQ Pay, a B2B international payments business, part of Equiniti Group plc.
Lina helps boards to solve the following challenges:
• Articulating a compelling purpose, vision and mission and mobilising teams to execute.
• Growing revenue in an efficient and profitable way.
• Getting clarity on their commercial strategy and executing on it.
Lina has business experience in the UK, US, Europe, Middle East and Russia.
She is an active champion of diversity and inclusion. In her spare time Lina mentors early career colleagues. She enjoys playing tennis in social, competitive and charity matches.
