Andrew is a lawyer. He focusses on public policy and practice in corporate governance for business, boards and stakeholders. He also head's EY’s UK Regulatory and Public Policy team which addresses important regulatory and policy matters affecting EY and its clients.
Andrew's experience and interest in corporate governance stems from many different sources: working with policymakers, regulators and investors; meeting and advising boards; training new and would be directors; participation in industry fora like the CBI Companies Committee; as a trustee, company secretary and risk committee chair of a national UK charity; and, in a previous life, as a litigator dealing with the aftermath of corporate failure.
