Ian has more than 10 years' experience of Chairmanships in private equity-backed companies. He is currently Chairman of Quintex Systems, which is backed by Fleming Family Partners and has recently lead the successful sale of CP Electronics.
His former positions were at Aspen Pumps, Aqualisa Showers, Norbain Security, Just Trays and Stewart Plastics.
Ian spent much of his executive career with Black and Decker, where he rose through the ranks to become President of Latin America. There, he gained valuable experience in overseas markets, a skill he carried with him as a Divisional CEO at Novar (formerly Caradon) and as CEO at Heywood Williams.
