Charlie Wagstaff is a leading authority in leadership development and organisational strategy. As the Co-founder and Managing Director of Criticaleye, he spearheads a global network dedicated to enabling senior executives and Boards navigate complex business challenges through peer-to-peer learning and mentoring. With operations in London and Hong Kong, Charlie's work focuses on building resilient, high-performing leadership teams.
 
Throughout his career, Charlie has held diverse roles, including overseeing operations and HR across Sub-Saharan Africa for CDC Capital Partners. He drove international management development initiatives at Corus Tata and managed industrial relations in the public sector. These experiences have established him as a leader skilled at integrating strategic goals with human-centric solutions.
 
Charlie holds an MSc in Strategic Human Resources Management from London South Bank University, serves as a Board Mentor at Criticaleye and is a Board Adviser at Portsmouth University. Facilitating key discussions on leadership dynamics, stakeholder management and strategic transformation. He is a passionate advocate for adaptability and relational leadership. Charlie is committed to helping organisations thrive by fostering trust and a shared purpose.
 
Having lived overseas in Africa and now operating across Asia, he benefits greatly from integrating diverse perspectives and achieving impactful outcomes. He is guided by three pursuits: Am I growing? Am I enabling? Am I having fun?
