Matthew is Chair of Kier Group, and was Non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee on the Board of Capita Plc till 2022. As of 2021, he is also the Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee Intermediate Capital Group (ICG).
