Chin Seng currently holds portfolio roles across corporate, nonprofit, and academic sectors. He serves on the Boards of The Food Bank Singapore and Fei Yue Family Services, both highly visible Institutions of Public Character in Singapore. As a Board Mentor with Criticaleye, he advises Asia-based executive teams, and through Global Business Network (GBN), he mentors SME business owners and professionals. In his personal capacity, Chin Seng contributes to the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre (NVPC) as a mentor to nonprofit leaders. He is also an affiliate faculty member with Singapore Management University (SMU) Academy and SMU Executive Development..

In his former executive career, Chin Seng held senior HR leadership positions across Asia Pacific, including multiple international assignments to high-growth markets. Most recently, he was Vice President of People & Organisation for Asia Pacific, Russia & Belarus at Royal Canin, a division of Mars Inc., where he served on the global HR leadership team and was co-pilot to the regional President. Under his leadership, his business units consistently ranked among the global top five in “Great Place to Work,” and he built a strong track record in senior leadership development.
