Mark provides Board level, non-executive support to fast growing technology companies looking to scale their businesses and develop their commercial and leadership capabilities.

He is Chair of BibliU, a London-based EdTech company who have developed a modern eTextbooks platform that integrates fully with all library and university systems. He is also Chair of Simms International, a specialist distributor of memory and storage solutions to industrial and consumer markets.

Most recently, he joined Bud Systems as Chair following their successful Series A fund raise, led by Maven. Bud provide a best in class SaaS management platform for companies delivering apprenticeship training. He is a NED at STEM Learning, a not-for-profit company aiming to deliver world-class STEM education to all UK schools. He is also a Governor (Digital) at Box Hill and Amesbury schools.

Previously, Mark was a Non-executive Director at Totalmobile, a SaaS company providing a field service management platform backed by Horizon Capital that was successfully sold to Bowmark Capital in 2020. He was also Chair at Realife Tech, a business backed by US VC Virgo Investment Group, who provide a digital SaaS platform for entertainment venues globally, plus Chair of Codeplay, a UK private equity-backed software business specialising in AI tools and solutions.

He also provides executive coaching support to senior leaders as a Criticaleye Board Mentor and is a volunteer coach in the UK Teach First programme. He is also an angel investor in several companies including Foodstuff, Bowimi, New Path, Kadence and Automakit.

He has over 20 years’ experience as a technology and telco executive working for multi-national companies such as Intel, Vodafone and Seagate in various leadership and GM roles.
