Dave brings a wealth of diverse, international executive experience across Fortune 500, venture and privately-backed companies. He is currently a trusted Board Advisor for a range of Silicon Valley and global innovators, including Deco Lighting, Engage3 and Kenja Corporation K.K. He also serves as Non-executive Director at Grand County Christian Academy.

 

In his career, Dave was a leading executive at both IBM and IBM Global Services in Asia; CEO and Chair of APC Japan; CEO for Asia Pacific and Japan at APC Corporation (now Schneider Electric), based in Tokyo; and CEO and Executive Chair of Open Blue Sea Farms Inc. and Open Blue Global Services, based in Panama. 

 

In the US, Dave served as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for a range of Silicon Valley venture companies, in LED lighting, wireless traffic sensors and IOT solutions. He was also COO for a data centre services firm, helping to transform from early-stage growth to market leadership.

 

Dave has managed teams of 10 to 6,500 people, leading key transformations and delivering record performance for various companies. He has helped structure and negotiate successful M&A, funding and financial exits of up to $6bn in size.
