Mui Hoon Pohis an Asia-based Board Director and former CEO with over two decades of experience across listed companies, investment platforms, government-linked entities, and non-profits. Her work spans regulated and technology-enabled sectors including healthcare, finance, digital infrastructure, and investments, giving her a practical understanding of how boards operate under complexity and change.

She currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director ofYoma Strategic Holdings (SGX: Z59), andTIH Limited(SGX: T55), contributing to risk governance and strategic oversight across diversified businesses and alternative investments. She is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of theFred Hollows Foundation Hong Kong, andChair of the Audit & Risk Committeeat theSingapore Eye Research Institute.

As aCriticaleye Board Mentor, Mui Hoon brings an Asia-grounded perspective shaped by both board leadership and executive experience. She works with leaders across Asia, in both mature and growth-stage companies, where governance is shaped as much by context and judgment as by formal frameworks.
