In collaboration with the international law firm, Eversheds, Criticaleye interviewed Sir Peter Mason, the Chairman of Thames Water and Senior Independent Director at BAE Systems, as part of a series of films concerning the boards of listed organisations.

In this short film, we asked Sir Peter whether he believed that the recommendations of the new Corporate Governance Code that directors of FTSE 350 companies should serve annual terms would have an effect on the long-term versus short-term mindset of the company director.

We also asked him if he though the changes would be taken up by most boards.
