High-Performing Leadership

At Criticaleye’s Human Resources Director Retreat 2016, we conducted inaugural research into the dynamics of high-performing executive teams by quzzing attendees representing organsiations with a collective revenue of over £418 billion.

We asked what skills, qualities and development tools senior leaders require to achieve their goals.

Here are some highlights from the survey: 

  • 96 per cent believe the  leadership skills of a high-performing team are changing
  • 95 per cent want to improve the framework for their executive teams' leadership development 
  • 86 per cent say they need to work on their succession programme 
  • 32 per cent think CEOs don't fully recognise the impact HRDs have on the business
