This second Hewitt New Bridge Street Directors' remuneration report focuses solely on remuneration in AIM companies. This report seeks to provide market data on pay practices in the AIM 100 index (the top 100 AIM companies, by market capitalisation), as well as showing how practice compares to fully listed companies of a similar size. Where appropriate, Hewitt also provides commentary on recent trends.
