Martin Whitten

Martin has almost 20 years’ B2B experience, the last decade of which has been at Director level in the business services sector.
 
Most recently he grew arena21, a leading support services specialist, from a turnover of £¼m to just under £10m in under seven years, initially as Business Development Director and as Managing Director for five years, from 2004-09. Arena21’s clients were almost exclusively blue-chip organisations and included Marks & Spencer, 3i plc, Allen & Overy, BDO Stoy Hayward, Lloyds TSB, UBS and McKinsey & Company.
 
Previous to arena21, he was a director of Celemi, a specialist Swedish Management Consultancy, where he ran the UK consulting operation, before taking responsibility for the development a range of new business consulting tools and their roll-out throughout Europe and the USA.
 
He has a 20 year old daughter and enjoys tennis, golf, skiing and running.
