Charlotte joined Criticaleye in September 2018.
 
As Commercial & Partnerships Director within our Advisory Team, Charlotte's role comprises of product and sales strategy, business development, client and programme management and market development. 
Charlotte is responsible for shaping & driving the business sales strategy, enabling the growth of the Advisory practice.
Her focus is to ensure the our Partnerships are customer-led, and commercially-driven, across the entire portfolio in UK/Europe & Asia, whilst ensuring the Advisory Team provides trusted experts into the Community to serve our Members. She also is responsible for acquiring new Partnerships into our Executive & Board Programmes.

Before her current role, Charlotte was Account Director in the Advisory team, helping and advising our Advisory clients on engagement with our Community Members via our editorial, events and virtual marketing channels.

Prior to Criticaleye, Charlotte has worked for 10+ years in B2B C-level executive events across the world, mainly in Europe, North America and Mid & Southern Africa.
Most recently spending 5 years in senior commercial roles at IDC (the global provider of market intelligence, advisory services and events for the information technology, telecommunications and consumer technology markets), where she was Commercial Lead for UK and Ireland C-level event programmes.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys all things food & drink, especially eating out and hosting friends and family. She also enjoys an active lifestyle as a keen HIIT enthusiast, going hiking around the UK coast and country, as well as being a 'fine weather' golfer.
