Alison is a Senior Relationship Manager at Criticaleye and is responsible for liaising with both Executive and Non-Executive Members, from a variety of business sizes and sectors, to enable them to draw on the vast knowledge and experience within the Criticaleye Community to test, reflect on and resolve critical business and career decisions. As part of her role, Alison chairs 'Pop-up boards' enabling Criticaleye members to gain external insight and challenge on strategic issues.
She brings 10 years of experience in client account management having previously held the role of Global Account Manager at Deloitte. During this time, Alison was responsible for managing client communications and service delivery across Deloitte’s global network, and for building on client relationships through understanding their needs and offering relevant solutions. Based within their international mobility services practice; she understands structuring of international workforces, the strategic drivers behind international placements as well as the cultural challenges expatriates may face.
Her client base has previously been focused on high net worth individuals, law firms and FTSE 100 companies within the technology, media and telecommunications sectors. At Criticaleye she is responsible for clients within these sectors as well as across retail, energy, business services, travel and financial services. She also previously worked in client service roles in manufacturing (Belle Group and Datacard).
Alison has a degree in International Management and modern languages from the University of Bath and speaks French, having spent time living and working there. She enjoys playing netball, discovering new places, learning languages and cooking (whilst creating a trail of kitchen destruction!)
