Following the merger of M&G Investments with Prudential UK and Europe in 2017, Anne became HR Director, responsible for leading the people agenda for the Merger and Transformation Management Office. She has since left the business. Anne was a member of the HR leadership team and worked closely with the COO's office in for shaping, leading and delivering the people agenda for the merged business M&GPrudential.
Anne was previously Deputy Head of HR as well as Head of HR Business Partnering and Operations for M&G Investments. Anne’s remit covered approximately1,500 staff based in the UK, as well as over 100 staff based in 9 offices across Northern and Southern Europe and three offices in Asia. She was a member of the management boards for M&G’s investment, distribution and operations businesses. Anne has over 30 years of experience working in the Financial Services industry. She is married with two grown-up children.
