Mike is an experienced Non-executive Director, a former Group HR Director and a Board Mentor at Criticaleye.

He is currently a NED for Access Point, a business providing peripheral income streams to large retailers in the UK, as well NED for Boxclever which is the largest national TV and domestic appliance rental company in the UK. 

He was a NED for five years on the Specialist Businesses Board of The Co-operative (Pharmacy, Funerals, E-Store, Travel Agents, Legal Services). Before leaving, Mike helped the old group board redesign the governance structures.

Mike was also a NED on the Board of Svyaznoy, the market-leading Russian mobile phone retailer which was planning a UK float. With 3500 stores, Svyaznoy occupies similar market positioning in Russia to Carphone Warehouse in the UK. Mike also chaired the Remco and Nomco.
 
Mike's executive career covered the financial services, retail and leisure sectors; he is well known as a HR professional in the UK, having been Group HR Director for three FTSE 100 companies, including B&Q and Boots.
 
Mike lives in Richmond, Surrey. He has two teenage sons and is a big rugby fan.
