Paul has held numerous Executive Chair and CEO roles at private and publicly owned companies, with a particular focus on growing early-stage businesses into global and US markets. He is currently Executive Chair of Sunlight.io and Talmix, Chair of Utonomy and OnApp. He was Chair at platform software provider JHC prior to their sale to global financial technology company FNZ, and was SID at Relayware through their merger with Zift in the US. Paul has also been appointed to the Executive Advisory Board of the Palatine Impact Fund, a £100m fund lead by Palatine Private Equity focused on companies that have a positive social and/or environmental impact.
Before this, Paul was Chair of AppInstitute after supporting the successful PE funding round by the Foresight Group. Paul was also Chair and CEO at Zeus Technology, which was sold to Riverbed in 2011. He has also held similar roles at TrueGroups, Cloud Business Park, Apptix, VisionOSS, Xtractor and Trustix, among others.
He was also partner and CEO of Korral Partners and CEO at Metamerge, where he managed the company through its successful acquisition by IBM.
