How to be a Successful CEO

Authentic leadership does not come easy. In this article Robert Leeming asks a number of current and former CEOs to identify the attributes required to be a successful CEO.

Business leaders need to walk a fine line between articulating a strong vision while also demonstrating a degree of humility.
When making tough choices, it is necessary to show a level of personal compassion.
No matter what type of organisation a CEO is leading, they must have a strong set of values and a willingness to demonstrate those beliefs.
A CEO should be willing to seek feedback on their style of leadership to improve their approach.
