Bill is an experienced Board-level executive with a track record of managing and growing large-scale capital intensive, multi-site, international operations for privately and publicly held companies. He is currently Non-executive Chair of private equity backed Molson Group Ltd, Plantforce Rentals Ltd, and Weldex International Ltd. He also served as Chair of CSH Surrey, an employee owned social enterprise, and was formerly a Non-executive Director of Phoenix Futures, a UK based non-profit.

Bill was an Executive Director on the Main Board of Aggreko plc, the global leader in generator and temperature control hire, during a rapid period of growth, seeing Aggreko climb from FTSE 115 to FTSE 55 in four years. As Regional Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East and Emerging Europe, Bill led the expansion of Aggreko’s business into Russia, Poland, Romania, Turkey, Iraq and central Asia.

Prior to joining Aggreko, Bill spent 18 years working in Europe and Asia as a senior executive for UPS’ International Parcels and Supply Chain Solutions Divisions. As Regional Managing Director for Supply Chain in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific, Bill led the acquisition and integration of eight logistics and supply chain services companies.

Bill managed his family-owned beverage distribution business until its sale in 1986.

A dual American-British citizen, Bill holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Psychology from Vassar College. He lives in Surrey and is passionate about golf and Chelsea Football Club.
