In addition to being Professor of Management Practice and Executive Education Faculty Director at London Business School where she teaches an elective to MBA students on the future of work, Lynda is the Founder of the Hot Spots Movement, Co-director of the Lehman Centre for Women in Business and Senior Fellow at the Advanced Institute of Management Research.

In 2009 she was ranked by The Times as one of the top 20 business thinkers in the world, described by the Financial Times as the management guru most likely to impact on the future, ranked second in the HR world by Human Resources magazine, and received India’s Tata Award for services to HR, she was named the 2010 Fellow of the American Academy of Human Resources.

Her courses at London Business School attract participants from all over the world, whilst her programme on the transformation of organisations is considered the best in the world.

She has written six books including Living Strategy, Hot Spots and Glow and many articles including articles for the Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Business Review and, of course, Criticaleye. Her latest book The Shift: The Future of Work is Already Here - about the future of work - was published in May 2011.

She has won a number of prizes for her writing and research, and her books have been translated into more than 20 languages.

Lynda advises companies in Europe, the USA and Asia, and currently sits on the Human Capital advisory board of Singapore Government. She was included in the 2009 Thinkers 50, the definitive listing of the world's top 50 business thinkers.

The Hot Spots Movement is dedicated to bringing energy and innovation to companies and has offices in London, Singapore and California, more than 5,000 members, and advises over 40 companies and governments around the world.  Lynda has a blog about the future of work.
